Las Cruces Magistrate is listed at 110 Calle de Alegra with 575-524-2814. Anthony Magistrate is at 220 Crossett Lane, Suite B, with 575-882-2554. The current court list says Hatch magistrate matters are handled remotely from Las Cruces.

Municipal court records stay with the city named on the citation. The state directory and city pages should be checked for current hours before an in-person visit.

Records Request Channels

County requests can use the Doña Ana County RecordBook portal or the county Legal/Risk instructions. A written request should include requester name, address, telephone, and enough detail to identify the records. Name the agency, record type, date range, case or citation number if known, and preferred format.

Court records use the judiciary IPRA route at ipra.nmcourts.gov. The Third District Clerk directs mail to the court at 201 W Picacho Ave, Attn Records Custodian. City court, police, and marshal records use their own custodians.
