These terms describe the limits of a private reference site about New Mexico court and agency records. Use the linked public sources lawfully, protect sensitive information, and verify a case with the office that maintains it. Using a public page does not create a court, attorney, sheriff, records-custodian, or government relationship.

Reference Information Only

Doña Ana County Warrant Records provides general routing and explanatory information. It does not perform an official warrant check, certify a case status, provide legal advice, post bond, accept payment, recall an order, or arrange a surrender. A public case index, vendor search, booking page, or tip program may show only part of the relevant record.

Courts and agencies can change addresses, phone numbers, forms, hours, fees, vendor links, and public-access rules. The current official source controls.

Lawful Use of Links

Use New Mexico Courts Case Lookup for individual case research within its own notice and limits. Do not bulk-download, scrape, or republish person-level entries. Do not use court, sheriff, municipal, police, detention, Crime Stoppers, PACER, or city vendor links to harass, threaten, investigate, or expose private people.

External links are provided for the function described. A court link is not a promise that every document is public, and a payment link is not a warrant-clearance certificate.

Public Records and IPRA

New Mexico’s Inspection of Public Records Act, Chapter 14, Article 2, NMSA 1978, gives a process for requesting public records from covered public bodies, subject to exemptions. The Doña Ana County IPRA page, city custodians, and judiciary IPRA each cover different records.

Requests must be directed to the custodian that holds the record. Juvenile, sealed, investigative, confidential, and other restricted records may be withheld or redacted. No term here promises release, a response time beyond the public body’s current notice, or a particular fee.

Sponsored Services

Search bands may contain third-party sponsored services. Those providers operate independently, may charge fees, and may use separate terms and privacy practices. Doña Ana County Warrant Records does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, availability, or legal effect. A referral relationship does not make a provider a government office or consumer reporting agency.

Liability and Governing Law

Information is provided as a public reference without a promise that it is complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, the private operator disclaims warranties and liability arising from use of the pages, links, or sponsored tools. Doña Ana County Warrant Records is not affiliated with New Mexico courts, Doña Ana County, the sheriff, law enforcement, or any city court.

These terms are intended to be read under applicable New Mexico law, without changing rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The FCRA notice on each page controls the prohibited uses of the information.
